Se realizará en Paraná el V Congreso Argentino de Justicia Constitucional

Con la temática La Participación Ciudadana en los tres poderes del Estado, se realizará en Paraná el V Congreso Argentino de Justicia Constitucional. Será los días 29 y 30 de noviembre en el Centro Provincial de Convenciones (CPC), con la presencia de destacados juristas nacionales e internacionales.

El Gobierno de Entre Ríos en conjunto con la Asociación Argentina de Justicia Constitucional y la colaboración del Colegio de la Abogacía, la Asociación de la Magistratura y la Universidad Nacional del Litoral, llevará adelante la quinta edición de este prestigioso Congreso, cuyo eje será “La participación ciudadana en los tres Poderes del Estado”.

“La temática tiene una gran relevancia institucional en Entre Ríos, ya que desde el año 2020 se comenzó a implementar uno de los institutos que da mayor participación a la ciudadanía en el Poder Judicial: el Juicio por Jurados”, comentó la ministra de Gobierno y Justicia, Rosario Romero.

“El Congreso abordará, además, la participación popular: la figura del defensor del pueblo, el Amicus Curiae, la iniciativa popular en la sanción legislativa, la consulta, el presupuesto participativo, los consejos económico-sociales, la participación popular en los procesos administrativos, las audiencias públicas, la acción popular, la acción de inconstitucionalidad como herramienta de participación ciudadana, los amparos colectivos, las acciones de clase, entre otros”, agregó.
